          This file has been summoned from the Registry on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner.



      Sri Vinay Tiwari, Advocate, along with Sri U.N.Sharma, Senior Advocate, appearing for the contesting respondent no. 4 prays for and is allowed three weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

         Stay application shall be listed immediately after expiry of the said period.

         Sri A.K. Misra, Advocate, appearing on behalf of  the A.D.A., after having instructions from the A.D.A. Officials and also perusing the record informed the Court that there have been violations of rules by respondent no. 4 in making  constructions  and that the A.D.A. had also issued orders of demolition.

         Sri U.N. Sharma, learned Senior Advocate, however, submits that the respondent no. 4 received no notice or objection from the A.D.A.

         Considering the allegations made in the writ petition and submissions  made by Sri A.K.Misra,Advocate, representing the A.D.A., we direct  all the concerned  parties to maintain status-quo and not to make any change or addition  in the  property in dispute without obtaining clearance  from the A.D.A. Respondent no.4 is required to approach the Secretary, A.D.A. by filing an application along with certified copy of this order within three days from today for obtaining relevant informations/documents regarding objections  to her constructions and the Secretary, A.D.A. shall provide the same to her and  after providing her reasonable opportunity to meet those objections shall pass appropriate orders thereon within ten days of the receipt of the reply of respondent no. 4. Further constructions shall be subject to  any order which the A.D.A. may pass

     Certified copy of this order  be issued to the learned counsel for the parties within twenty four hours on payment of usual charges.
