This is an  application for bail moved on behalf of the applicant Ranveer Singh alias Katar  indicted in case crime No. 56  of 2006  under sections 392, 394, 411  I.P.C. P.S. Talgram  District Kannauj.

Heard Shri S.K Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A.  and have perused the record.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that co-accused Nandram from whom the recovery of T.V.S. motor cycle connected with present case of robbery  made, has been granted bail by an order of this court  dated 27.7.2006 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application no. 13209 of 2006. The learned counsel submitted that looted Hero Honda Motor Cycle and mobile recovered from the possession of the applicant has not connected with any case of theft and robbery.

The learned A.G.A. argued that recovery of motor cycle and mobile was made from the possession of the applicant.

I have taken into consideration the submissions advanced on behalf of both the parties.

 The recovery of looted motor cycle of the present case was made from the possession of the co-accused Nandram. The co-accused Nandram has been enlarged on bail by an order of this court dated 27.7.2006  In view of these facts, I consider it to be a fit case for bail.  

Let the applicant Ranveer Singh alias Katar  indicted in case crime No. 56  of 2006  under sections 392, 394, 411  I.P.C. P.S. Talgram  District Kannauj , be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
