It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are named in the F.I.R., but subsequently, the role of causing the injuries has not been assigned to the applicant. It has been assigned to the other co-accused persons.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicants Deena alias Dinesh Giri and Naresh Giri involved in Case Crime No. 266 of 2006 under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 I.P.C., Police Station Lalganj, District Mirzapur be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
