Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that co accused Dhananjay has been admitted to bail. The case of the applicant stands on the similar footing.

Considering this, applicant is admitted to bail.

Let applicant Pinki alias Ashok Kumar       son of Radhey Shyam involved in case crime no.331/05,ST No.307/05       under Section 363/366/376IPC, Police Station Kotwali,  

District Mainpuri, be released on bail on his furnishing  a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
