Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that 500 grams of Charas has been recovered from the possession of the applicant which is much below commercial quantity.

Considering this, applicant is admitted to bail.

Let applicant Ram Narain Kanjar       son of Sri Gulab Kanjar involved in case crime no.96/2006,      under Section 20/22  NDPS Act, Police Station Sisamau  

District Kanpur Nagar,be released on bail on his furnishing  a personal bond and two heavy sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned  and after proper verification of address.
