Heard Sri Sushil  Shukla, learned counsel for the applicants and  learned A.G.A.

The role of kidnapping  and later on  marrying  the girl is attributed to Arvind who has been granted bail by  the trial court itself.  The applicants are  younger brother of Arvind. Thus, the role is only helping  the main accused.

Considering this I find it a fit case for bail.

Let applicants Bindesh alias Bhola and Beeru be released  on bail, in Case Crime No.187 of 2006, under sections 363, 366 I.P.C, Police Station Kidwai Nagar, District Kanpur  Nagar, on  their  furnishing a personal bond  and two  sureties  each in the like amount to the satisfaction  of Court  concerned.
