Standing counsel represents respondent nos. 1 to 3. He prays for and is granted six weeks time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have three weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit. List thereafter.

It is stated by the petitioner's counsel that the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount payable under the impugned orders. If that is so the same shall remain in deposit and shall be subject to the result of the writ petition.
