Rajendra Singh And Another v. State Of U.P. - CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. 16842 of 2006 RD-AH 14046 (22 August 2006)
Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A and perused the F.I.R. The role of applicants Rajendra and Rakesh is that of throwing brick bat. The role of firing has been assigned to non applicant.
Considering this I find it a fit case for bail.
Let applicants Rajendra and Rakesh be released on bail, in Case Crime No. 43 of 2006, under sections 307, 366, 506 I.P.C, Police Station Vijaigarh, District Aligarh, on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Court concerned.
