Heard learned Counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is nanad of the deceased. She is unmarried girl. There are general allegation against the applicant and other co-accused persons. Co-accused Smt Urmila Devi, the mother-in-law and Jai Karan Singh, the father-in-law of the deceased have been granted bail by this court. The case of the applicant is on the same footing with the case of the above mentioned co-accused.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Km. Sonam Singh involved in Case Crime No. 61 of 2006, under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C. and Sections ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Bindki, District Fatehpur be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
