1. This writ petition is against the suspension of the fair price shop of the petitoner.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has already been given the charge sheet on 2.1.2006. He may reply the same and thereafter respondent no.2 may decide the same, if possible within three months from the date of receipt of reply. The petitoner will file a certified copy of this order, necessary documents and a duly stamped self-addressed envelope along with his reply. Respondent no.2 after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner.

4. With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
