Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the dead body was recovered. Its information was given to the police station concerned. During investigation the name of the applicant came to light and it is alleged that the applicant had to pay Rs. 60,000/- to the deceased for which the deceased has been murdered by the applicant so that the aforesaid amount may not be paid. There is no other evidence against the applicant.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Raman Lal
involved in case crime no. 205 of 2006 under Sections 302,201,120-B I.P.C., P.S. Highway District Mathura be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
