We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri K.P. Tiwari and Learned counsel for the respondents Sri Ranjit Saxena.
In case the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.2,20,000/- with the respondent No.3 i.e. Executive Engineer, Electricity Supply Division (Ist) U.P. Power Corporation Limited, Dhakuva Colony, Civil Lines, district Jhansi within a period of six weeks along with their objection the same shall be decided by the respondent No.3 within a period of six weeks thereafter. Till the decision of the objection of the petitioner, no recovery be made against the petitioner. It is further provided that immediately after depositing of the amount to the tune of Rs.2,20,000/- by the petitioner, the respondent No.3 is directed to restore the electric connection of the petitioner. The petitioner has given an undertaking that after the re-connection of the electricity of the petitioner, the petitioner will pay the bills regularly as and when demanded by the respondent No.1.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
