Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in respect of the same incident three F.I.R. have been registered. One F.I.R. has been lodged from the applicant side. Both the sides have received injuries. From the side of the applicant five persons have received injuries, which have not been explained.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Lakhan Kushwaha involved in case crime no. 795 of 2006 under Sections 147,148,149,323,504,506,307 and 302 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali Orai District Jalaun be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
