Present petition has been filed challenging the order of the Joint Commissioner (Appeals).  Against the said order, appeal lies under Section 10 of the Act before the Tribunal.  

The petition is accordingly dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.  However, in case, if the petitioner files appeal, the Tribunal is directed to decide the appeal within four weeks.  In case if the petitioner applies for return of Certified copy of the order, the same may be provided to the petitioner after obtaining a Photostat copy of the order.
