1. This writ petition in substance is for restraining the respondents from interfering  with the petitioner's possession.

2. We have heard counsel for the petitioner, Sri AK Misra and the standing counsel for the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner the suit has already been decreed in his favour. The petitioner may, if he is so advised, execute the decree. With this observation the writ petition is dismissed.
