This petition has been filed by the petitioner who has been working as a Lekhpal for quashing the order dated 7.8.2006 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Koil, Aligarh attaching the petitioner to the office of the Registrar Quanungo. A perusal of the order also shows that the Tehsildar has been appointed as the Enquiry Officer and he has been directed to submit his report within a period of one week.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid order was arbitrary inasmuch as the allegations referred to in the order were not substantiated. In my opinion this is not the stage for the petitioner to have approached this Court. The enquiry is still going on and if and when any order to the detriment of the petitioner is passed, it shall be open for the petitioner, if so advised, to approach this Court.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as pre-mature.
