1. Heard counsel for the petitioner and standing counsel for the respondents.
2. This is a writ petition for direction to respondent not to harass the petitioner without being any criminal case against him. The petitioner has also given an representation dated 21.8.2006 to respondent no.3. As it has not been decided, he has filed the present writ petition.
3. In the circumstances of the case it would be appropriate that the petitioner's representation dated 21.8.2006 may be decided by the respondent No.3 by a reasoned order at an early date, and if possible, within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioners along with certified copy of this order will also file a copy of their representation, other necessary documents and a duly stamped self-addressed envelop. Respondent No. 3 after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioners.
4. With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
