Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in the present case injuries were caused by the applicant in grave and sudden provocation because the he has found the his cousin sister in a compromising position with Munne Khan.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Layeeq Khan involved in case crime no. 526 of 2005 under Sections 304,302 I.P.C., P.S. Amria District Pilibhit be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
