The aforementioned Applications have been filed consequent to the deaths of Shyam Lal (defendant-appellant no.1) and Smt. Mahadevi (defendant-appellant no.2).
Issue notice on the aforementioned Applications.
Copies of the aforementioned Applications have already been served in the Office of Shri Manish Goyal, learned counsel for the plaintiff-respondent no.1. Therefore, notice need not be sent to the plaintiff-respondent no.1.
Notices will be issued to the defendants-respondents nos. 2/1 to 2/8 by Registered Post A.D. fixing 10.1.2007.
Steps will be taken by the learned counsel for the applicant in the aforementioned Applications within eight weeks, failing which, the case will be listed before the Court under Chapter XII, Rule 4 of the Rules of the Court immediately on the expiry of the said period.
