This is an  application for bail moved on behalf of the applicant Smt. Baba   indicted in case crime No. 28   of 2006 under sections 326 and 506  I.P.C. P.S. Handia  District Allahabad.

Heard Shri Kamal Krishna, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A.  and have perused the record.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant and co-accused are said to have poured acid on informant and his wife. The learned counsel urged that there is no supplementary medical report of the injured persons. The learned counsel argued that applicant is a woman and has been falsely implicated in this case.

The learned A.G.A. argued that role of throwing acid on the injured has been assigned to the applicant and co-accused and chemical burn injuries were found on the person of injured.

I have taken into consideration the submissions advanced on behalf of both the parties.

There is no supplementary medical report of the injured persons. The applicant is a woman and mother of a  small child. In view of these facts, I consider it to be a fit case for bail.  

Let the applicant Smt. Baba   indicted in case crime No. 28   of 2006 under sections 326 and 506  I.P.C. P.S. Handia  District Allahabad. , be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
