Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Vinod Sinha and learned counsel for the respondents Sri Rajiv Sharma.

In case the petitioner moves a fresh application for one time settlement with the respondent No.4 i.e. Khadi and Village Industries Commission 3, Virle Parle, West Mumbai-56 through its Chief Executive Officer within a period of three weeks the same shall be decided within a period of two months thereafter.

With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
