It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R. He has not been put up for identification and no looted property has been recovered from his possession. The name of the applicant has been disclosed by co-accused. Co-accused Virendra (Driver) and Lal Singh have been released on bail by this court on 8.8.2006 and 21.8.2006 respectively.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without entering into the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Bhura involved in Case Crime No. 48 of 2006, under Sections 396 and 412 I.P.C. Police Station Farha, District Mathura be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
