1. Heard counsel for the petitioners and standing counsel for the respondents.
2. According to the petitioners, they have filed separate application on 10.6.2003 for grant of permit before respondent no. 3 to ply tempo. As it has not been decided, they have filed the present writ petition.
3. In the circumstances of the case it would be appropriate that the petitioners' representations dated 10.6.2003 may be decided by the respondent No.3 by a reasoned order at an early date, and if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioners will separately file copy of their representation along with certified copy of this order, other necessary documents and a duly stamped self-addressed envelops. Respondent No.3 after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioners.
4. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
