Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that even according tot the prosecution version the applicants did not cause any injury on the person of the deceased. At the most they caused injury on the person of the injured whereas other co-accused Ram Dev alias Bante and Sher Singh also cause injury on the person of the injured have been released on bail by this court in criminal misc. bail application no. 13236 of 2006. The co-accused Ravindra Sigh has been released on bail by this court on 19.7.2006 in criminal misb. Bail application no. 14277 of 2006.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicants Shiv Pal Singh, Arvind Singh Ramji Singh, Dharmendra Singh and Jai Singh
involved in case crime no. 75 of 2006underSections147,148,149,307,302,323,504,506,324 I.P.C. P.S. Ata District Jalaun be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
