Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Om Prakash Chaurasia and learned counsel for the respondents Sri R.S.Chauhan.
The dispute in the present writ petition raised by the petitioner is regarding the excess telephone bills. According to the petitioner the bills, which have been raised that are in higher side. These are the factual aspects, which cannot be determined by this Court while exercising the powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner has an alternative remedy under Section 7(B) of the Indian Telegraph Act for appointment of an arbitrator to decide the dispute. If the petitioner makes an application for the said purpose, the same shall be considered by the respondent No.4 and the dispute be decided within a period of three weeks.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
