Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri R. K. S. Chauhan and the learned counsel for the respondent Sri Sanjeev Singh Chauhan.
Notice under Section 13 (2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 ( herein after referred to as the Act) was given to the petitioner. Thereafter notice under Section 13 (4) of the Act was also given to the petitioner. The petitioner has not filed objection as provided under Section 13 (3) (A) of the Act. She may file her objection within a period of two weeks before the concerned respondent. We direct that the concerned respondent shall decide the same within a period of three weeks thereafter.
With these directions the writ petition is disposed of.
