Heard the learned counsel for the applicants on admission.
The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that O.P. no.2 has filed a complaint case against them under sections 498-A, 494, 504, 506 and 494/109 I.P.C. He further submitted that since the parties are Muslims, section 494 I.P.C. is not applicable as the Muslims may perform four marriages.
Notice on behalf of the State has been accepted by the learned A.G.A.
Issue notice to O.P. no.2 on taking steps by the applicants within a week.
Till the next date of listing, no coercive s measures shall be adopted against the applicants by the court below.
