1. This writ petition is for a direction to the respondent not to dispossess the petitioner.  

2. We have heard counsel for the petitioner and standing counsel for the respondent. The petitioner may, if he is so advised, file a suit or in case suit has been decreed, he may execute the same.

3. With these observations, the writ petition is dismissed.
