Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.  

Co-accused Lok Nath has been admitted to bail by this Court as reported in para 10 of the affidavit.  The case of the applicant stands on similar footing.

Considering this, I find it a fit case for bail.

Let applicant Mangal Kevat be released on bail in case crime no. 91 of 2005 under sections 393, 307 and 323 IPC police station Mau district Chitrakoot, on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned magistrate.
