Hon'ble Ravindra Singh , J.
Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the prosecution version the alleged occurrence had taken place in the night of 15/16-4.2006 at about 1.30 a.m. Its F.I.R. was lodged on 17.4.2006 at 5.00 p.m. The distance of police station was only 1 ½ kms from the alleged place of occurrence. The F.I.R. is too much delayed.
