HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon. K.N. Sinha, J.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

The contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant's photo was attached in the loan form but it was misused by the Pradhan of the village.  The photograph was given for old age pension, as the applicant is aged about 72 years.

Considering this, I find it a fit case for bail.

Let applicant Ram Nath be released on bail in case crime no. 84-B of 2006 under sections 406,467,468,419 and 420 IPC police station Sikandara district Kanpur Dehat, on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned magistrate.
