HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon. S.N. Srivastava, J.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State Authorities/Board of High School and Intermediate, U.P. and perused the record also.

The learned Standing Counsel produced the Answer-scripts.  Upon a close scrutiny of the Answer-scripts, it transpires that the marks have been assigned correctly and further there is no visible error in totaling of marks.  Learned counsel for petitioner was also shown the Answer-scripts and he too appears convinced with the correctness of markings done in the Answer-scripts.

In this perspective, the petition being devoid of merit, is liable to be dismissed and it is accordingly dismissed.
