Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that there is cross version of the alleged incident. From both sides F.I.R.s have been registered. From both the sides received injuries. From the side of the applicant one person has lost his life and from the side of prosecution 3 persons have lost their life. The injuries received from the side of the applicant have not been explained. The prosecution has not come with clean hands.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Raj Kumar involved in Case Crime No. 113-A of 2006, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 427 I.P.C., Police Station Ram Garh District Firozabad be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned .
