It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R. and he has not been put for identification. The allegation against him is that from his possession looted cycle parts were recovered. Co-accused Shamshad @ Shammi, whose case is on the same footing with the case of the applicant, has been released on bail by this court on 8.9.2006 in Criminal Misc Bail application No. 18519 of 2006.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Munna @ Ahmad Ali involved in Case Crime No. 190 of 2006, under Sections 396, 412, 201 I.P.C., Police Station Kharkhadda District Meerut be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned .
