HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble (Mrs.) Saroj Bala,J.

This is an  application for bail moved on behalf of the applicants Santosh and Dalveer Singh    indicted in case crime No.  of   under section 2/ 3  U.P. Gangsters  and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986  P.S Baha    District Agra .

Heard Shri  D.P. Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A.  and have perused the record.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that applicants are on bail in all the cases shown in the gang chart. The learned counsel submitted that applicants are ready to furnish an undertaking that they will   not indulge in   any   antisocial activities in future.

The learned A.G.A. argued that there is criminal history against the applicants and in case they are enlarged on bail, they will commit other offences of similar nature.

I have taken into consideration the submissions advanced on behalf of both the parties.

The applicants having been enlarged on bail in all the cases shown in the gang chart , I consider it to be a fit case for bail.

Let the applicants Santosh and Dalveer Singh    indicted in case crime No.  of   under section 2/ 3  U.P. Gangsters  and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986  P.S Baha    District Agra, be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned and subject to an undertaking that he will not misuse the liberty of bail by indulging in antisocial activities and commission of other offences.
