The respondent No. 7 is reportedly dead. The application for substitution has been moved but no notice appears to have been sent to the proposed legal representatives nor to the unrepresented respondents. Steps for notice be taken within two weeks and thereafter notices be issued by both ways i.e. R.P.A.D. and ordinary process, to the proposed legal representatives as well as unrepresented respondents returnable within next four weeks.

List thereafter on the date fixed in the notice.
