Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R. His name has been disclosed by the first informant and other witnesses during investigation. The deceased has received only one injury. It has not been specifically alleged as to who cause that injury. It is further contended that from the side of the applicant also two persons received injuries. The injuries caused to the applicant side have not been explained.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Om Prakash
involved in case crime no. 645 of 2006 under Sections147,148,323,506,307, 302 I.P.C.,P.S.Puranpur District Pilibhit be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
