Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the F.I.R. of this case has been lodged on 8.1.2006 at about 8.30 a.m. in respect of the incident which had occurred on 7.1.2006 The F.I.R. has been lodged after recovery of the dead body of the deceased. The applicant and co-accused Krishna Kumar have been named on the basis of the doubt and suspicion. There is no specific allegation against the applicant. No stolen property has been recovered from the possession of the applicant and there is no other evidence against the applicant.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Sensar Pal alias Santar Pal involved in Case Crime No. 6 of 2006, under Sections 302, 394, 411 and 201 I.P.C. Police Station Partapur District Meerut be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
