1. This writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to restore the possession of the house in dispute.

2. We have heard counsel for the petitioner and standing counsel for the respondents. The petitioner may, if he is so advised, take proceeding under section 145 Cr.PC or file a suit under section 6 of of the Specific Relief Act or file civil suit.  

3. With these observations, the writ petition is dismissed.
