There are three substitution applications pending disposal in respect of deceased appellant No. 1 and deceased respondent Nos. 2 and 3. Sri A.K. Maurya, Advocate, who has been representing the deceased respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and who is present in the court, states that he does not represent the legal heirs of the aforesaid two deceased respondents. The heirs of the deceased appellant No. 1 are represented by Sri Jamwant Maurya, Advocate, who is present in the court. Notices are required to be sent for all the three applications including delay condonation application. The appellants' counsel is directed to take steps for the notice to the proposed legal heirs including the respondent No. 1 within two weeks latest. Thereafter, the notices shall be issued making it returnable within six weeks.
List thereafter on the date fixed in the notice.
