Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is father-in-law of the deceased aged about 70 years. There are general allegation in respect of the demand of dowry and committing the cruelty with the deceased. The applicant was having no concerned with the demand of dowry There is no specific allegation against the applicant. The cause of death is hanging.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Chhotey Lal involved in Case Crime No. 80 of 2006, under Sections 498-A and 304-B I.P.C. and Section ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Raja District Shahajahanpur be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
