Heard Sri Nikhil Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

According to prosecution case accused was arrested when they were taking some food materials to the Gang of the dacoits.

Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the accused has been lifted from his house at the instance of other political party.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, accused is entitled to bail.

Let the applicant Chandrabahn  involved in case Crime No. 94 of 2005 under Section 216 A IPC and 14 D. A. Act, P. S. Mau, District Chitrakoot be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. He shall also give an undertaking that he will not indulge in any such activity in future. If any adverse report is made against him, it shall be open for the Court below to report to this Court so that his bail may be cancelled.
