Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

Issue notice to the opposite party returnable within three weeks.

Meanwhile, the proceeding of S.C.C. Revision No. 18 of 2006 pending in the court of Special Judge (D.A.A.) Etah, shall remain suspended.

Notice shall be served personally by the applicant upon the opposite party. The affidavit of service be filed by 24th October, 2006.
