HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon'ble Umeshwar Pandey, J.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

The application for restoration of appeal, which was dismissed way back on 10.2.2003, was filed before this court after a lapse of more than two years on 29.4.2005. The application is obviously beyond time and the explanation given in the affidavit does not state the specific grounds for such condonation of delay.

Learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is granted three weeks' time and no more to file supplementary affidavit in support of delay condonation application.

List thereafter in the first week of March, 2006.
