Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are Jeth of the deceased. They are living separately. Their cases are distinguishable with the case of the husband of the decease. The cause of death is hanging.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicants Pradeep Kumar alias Neeju and Jaideep alias Raju involved in case crime no. 244 of 2006 under Sections 498-A,304-B I.P.C., and ¾ D.P.Act P.S. Kabrari District Mahoba be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
