Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel.
In view of order proposed to be passed it is not necessary to call for any counter affidavit.
The petitioner is aggrieved by an order passed by the revisional authority dated 4th September 2006 wherein the revisional authority has accepted the revision for hearing but rejected the stay application. A revision was filed against the order which was filed in execution proceedings after partition has been finalized at the stage of finality.
Considering the facts and circumstances I direct that during the pendency of revision parties shall maintain status quo as on today.
With the above observation this writ petition is disposed of.
The revisional authority is directed to disposed of the revision within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified coy of this order.
