Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the allegation against the applicant is that she was having illicit relation with the deceased. The deceased was seen at the house of the applicant prior the alleged incident. There is no other evidence against the applicant. The applicant is a women.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Smt. Chanchal Sharma involved in case crime no.480 of 2006 under Sections 302,201 I.P.C., P.S. New Agra District Agra be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
