Heard Sri M.C. Tiwari learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. and Sri M.K. Shukla learned counsel for the complainant.

This is a case of Section 498/323 IPC.  The applicant is in jail for about two months.

Considering this, I find it a fit case for bail.

Let applicants Afjal and Rahis alias Lala be released on bail in case crime no. 259 of 2006 under sections 498A/323/504/506 IPC and section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act police station Achhnera district Agra, on each of them furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate.
