Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that according to he F.I.R. the allegation against the applicant is that he brought the gun and the same has been handed over to Sanjay Pratap Singh alias Sanju. The role of causing injury has been assigned to the co-accused Sanjay Pratap Singh alias Sanju. The applicant did not cause any injury.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Ashish Pratap Singh involved in case crime no. 4 of 2006 under Sections 302,307,323,504 I.P.C., 3(2) V S.C./S.T. Act P.S. Chikasi District Hamirpur be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
