This is an application for bail moved on behalf of the applicant Brindavan indicted in case crime No. 75 of 2006 under sections 147, 148, 149, 307 I.P.C. and 10/12 of Dacoity Affected Area P.S. Srinagar District Mahoba.
Heard Shri V.K. Gupta,, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and have perused the record.
The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that no injury was caused to the police personnel by the applicant. The learned counsel urged that applicant was arrested at 11.30 A.M.
I have taken into consideration the submissions advanced on behalf of both the parties.
The applicant having not caused any injury to the police personnel , I consider it to be a fit case for bail.
Let the applicant Brindavan indicted in case crime No. 75 of 2006 under sections 147, 148, 149, 307 I.P.C. and 10/12 of Dacoity Affected Area P.S. Srinagar District Mahoba , be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
